Built on a solid foundation

Established in 1984 by Robert B. Eley, PE, PLS, as Eley Engineering, P.A., our firm has proudly provided civil engineering, surveying, and construction engineering services to communities throughout the Mississippi Delta and Northwest Mississippi for more than 40 years.

In 2019, Josh McPherson, PE, became a partner, and the firm was renamed Eley|McPherson Engineering, P.A., continuing our commitment to delivering practical, high-quality engineering solutions.
